Buttercream Recipe Shared by Instructor Cheryl
Buttercream
200g butter
70g white
70g Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Method: Beat egg white + icing sugar till firm
Beat butter + Vanilla till light & fluffy
Add in 1/2 egg white till all well combine
