abah came home from japan

i could not bear him not being around me

when i usually tell him not to waste money calling me

she refuse to wake up in da morning

she said she'd go to school tomorrow instead

today she wants to sleep at home

we forced her to take her bath

then make her wear her fav clothes

at the last minute 0755hr...

thats when she was suppose to be at the school gate

...she changes her mind and decides to go to school

so she turns up at 0815hr all prim and proper and never cry

confident but timidly waved goodbye

who would have known the tantrums she threw at home

my babyLia is on the other hand is always the first to get ready

complete with a school bag and school shoes

i walked into class

some kids were playing

some kids were crying

but not me... well for a while anyway

my cheeks got wet when my aunt too disappear

ummie disappered long time ago

i soon settle down and watched the other kids play

half an hour later they released me

first day only lasted for an hour or so

they call it orientation day

searched for a bed rail during lunch

this time put both of them to bed in their room

hope this lasts...
its been a while since a goodnight sleep

i have not taken the time to look for a school for missyE
i know i am a lousy mom...sigh
the least we can do is to inspire her to scribble more
so off to ikea to buy table and chairs
and also a high chair for bbLia that is so overdue

i had to take leave from crazy work

perfect recipe

for a sunday morning

1 cup of self raising flour

1 cup of milk (250ml)

1 egg

be warned that a 250ml milk bottle was proved too much. use the same cup to get the milk ration. i used my kids milk powder and it taste just as good. super fluffy and light. very professional. to think i wasted my money on pancake mix and McDonald's. these can be eaten sweet or savoury with sausages.

abah played it repeatedly one evening

the next day, missy was whinning for "music"

we were irritated coz none of the usual cds or programmes work

she cried for "music...music..."

abah had a hunch and played QUEEN LIVE at WEMBLEY dvd

bohemian rhapsody was the 'music' she wanted

she calls it 'THE PIANO SONG'

now this song is available in the car too

and be prepared to repeat 'ELISYA FAVORITE SONG'

still sick

KKH on monday morning

her fever was above 39degC - yet again

we are not taking any chances this time

so i called up the office for urgent leave

we head to KKH

deposit the little one over at baba's

this is her second visit there

her fever had subsided to 38degC

we were number 1 on the register !

they made her swallowed about 10 ml of panadol

then we waited for the blood test

yeah she got pricked on her finger

they got to squeeze a whole lot

before they got enuff specimen from her tiny fingers

half an hpour later they broke the good news

it nothing to worry.. only viral fever

OK lets go home!!

had high fever for 3 days now

we missed the Barney live show yesterday

we geared up for the trip to hospital today when her fever remains at a staggering 39degC

in the car, we took a final check and it went down to 37.4degC

confused, we decided to grab a bite at compasspoint first

now its at 36.6degC... still checking

we panic, we fear it may be dengue fever

P.S thanx for the tix umi but her fever was too high, we tried to give away but too late

thanx to SPF we got ourselves some free tix

we still grumble when we had to purchase a child ticket and parking

much tourist and free loaders

we were much too busy trying to take pictures rather than taking in the sights around us

we were also busy trying to get the kids to behave

well one things for sure, we would never have ridden if it were not for the free promo

hope it helps singapore bring in the tourist even after the abseiling disaster

P.S finally a popeye restaurant, but miss the chance to savour it
