Nose infection

It was the cause of her mild fever that started on Sep 28. Took 2 days to stabilise temp. She had a nose bleed but the sore didnt go away. On 2nd Aug, we see it on Insyirah's nose too. Ytd Shysta's fever returns and she developed cough too. I am pretty sure the nose infection is the root cause. So i took urgent leave from work to Q at PD Dr Venessa Tan.
Its 2 hr wait and she is best to explain everything. She made Shysta promise to eat her medicine. So Shysta fulfill yhe promose with the goodie bags she receive. Yummy grape tasting medicine too.. a whopping bill of $264.. bo bian

When you catch a badass lice on the first sweep of the comb. Its gonna be a long battle  poor Shysta.. who is also down with mild fever
But this time we are prepared and armed!!

Dark clouds

Its a gloomy start. Saw red dots splattererd on Lia's feet. This mornin saw the same on Shysta too. She has a few more bites and sores on her leg too. it looked serious on lil Shysta.
In despair thinking of the worse, Shysta will not attend school today.
I took urgent half day leave. Fetched 2 sisters from school and got ourselves ready for a visit to the clinic. If its HFMD.. that would mean we would be grounded during Raya. Suddenly i felt his wrath on me for spending too much for Raya. Coz we may plan but Allah knows best!

Alhamdulillah... Doc say its localised. Most probably eczema. Both Shysta and Lia has it..
I will check if we were too aggressive on cleaning.. maybe new detergent or its
The key here is no fever so its not HFMD 

The last episode left me in a trauma
Hubby found one off his shoulder. He asked me to comfirmed it. The sound it makes when you squash them.. oh yucks!
Then we knew its fro the girls. Elisya just complained 2 days ago. Her head itched and she blarted "Umi I have kutu!"
Its not a comment I took lightly, yet I replied its bcoz you didnt wash today.

Sick again

Lia and Shysta has high fever.
Lia cough thru the night and that will always worry us. So we whisked off to the doctors early morn.
Lia also missed her Malay CA1 paper so MC is required.
Fed them meds then i rushed to work.

Shysta high fever refuse to subside. I piggyback her to clinic at Seletar Mall. She was 39.8deg and got priority treatment.
My lil Shysta refuse medication. Only taking Zyrtec and suppositorries for now. Please get better my sweet..

Viral fever

Both hubby and me, down with viral fever and stomach flu. Probably from Elisya who just recovered. Syafakillah

Lil Mika bitten

Lil Mika missed a whole week of school
She has flu and fever but red spots on her leg made us panic..
Its an outing when lil princess goes to doc 😁
Doc said it was mosquito bites! Good news her fever was just one day.. if it persists we can only do blood test at KKH now..

Lia down with lungs infection

Viral Fever

First day of school after the holidays. Elisya came home weak and lethargic. Later her temp went up and she vomited. By nightfall Lia was also warm and I gave them fever syrup. By morning, they were burning up. We went to clinic that opens at 8am, their temp was 39deg. They were given antibiotic and 3 days rest.

Elisya was having a hard time keeping her medication down, even Lia couldn't swallow the nasty Antibiotics!

On Thursday Shysta was running a fever too. I rush from work at 5pm to get her checked by the doctor. She was 39deg too. I have a bigger problem now. Shysta will never eat her medication. So my only way to managing her temp was the suppositories that is given every 8hr intervals. She was sooooo weak. She just lay there for 4 days with minimal food and drink. We manage to force antibiotic down her throat just 2 out of the required 3 times. Now if I ask her to eat she just cry immediately. In fact she showed me her groin area! Means she is willing to be pocked at her bum than eat medicine!

On Friday I too succumbed to the horrible fever. We lay sleep and rise at 2pm. Body ache so badly and no appetite to eat. I cannot imagine my girls went thru this pain. On following Monday i went to work but return half day as I still feel feverish. 

On Tuesday, Feroz was home sick too. I too stayed home on childcare leave. Nursing Shysta and hubby desperately.

Now is Thursday again and I am happy to say Shysta is finally back in school. Just ytd, She was up and trying to welcome me home in her groggy state. Today we finally her voice and laughter as she is stronger and back to her usual self again. Oh how I missed her.. and how my girls braved this viral fever to be smiling again. AlhamduliLLah..!
