GE Run

It is always fun with big company. Nurul and her gang was running too. WeiLing was sick so I got Hadirah to run in her place. So we ran 5km.
Nur was with me, I had no idea she was a runner back in school. She practically bounce along the route. She sprinted in the last klick!
Met Nurul after 2km mark, she was unwell but manage to complete the run with Shabas. Just like my good fren Shana, they never run. In fact, Atta bet she couldn't even wake up for the run. Their sense of achieveness was the climax since these ladies are still breastfeeding! Kudos to all of them
My sweet cousin Syidah whom I didn't get to meet also completed her 21km. She struggled a bit since we hardly train this time but she still complete with that beautiful tingling feeling...
AlhamduliLLah
these young parents naturally had the daddies and babies in tow! my big brother was around too. Us three siblings present doing what we know best eating! so we had a big breakfast at Swenson's MarinaSq. Piling up more calories than what we burn in the morning. It is always great to be with your families..! Love them much much..

We were not seated together, working with others in teams of two. It seems easy enough but we know this fussy macarons are really temperamental.. Our Jihad

Mengaji with Zameer and Fadhli. Trying to learn and read the Qur'an is our Jihad..!
I will try to put some food on the table for my guests.. basic courtesy
Seen here is Betty Crocker's Cornbread that Elisya loves
Also Pizza! home made crust was my first attempt and it did quite rise to the occasion. Buying Pizza topping cheese instead of Mozzarella was also another mistake as it doesn't melt nicely or taste as good. Also the Master's black pepper bacon also gave a funky taste instead of Zac's segar bacon. Next time i will stick to just Pepperoni and cheese only!

Fondant fun

A visit to my mom's house got me excited to try something new. It was my first hand at fondant. I let the kids had a go at their 'play dough'. To me it was a nightmare! Haha...

The girls ate their creation delightfully. Honestly, it looks very UN-appetizing so I discard the fondant and slap my beautiful Butterscotch cream cheese instead..! Beautifully done by sweet Hadirah.

Fiesta

It was a great day for me.
Started the day with a jog in the neighborhood. Then went snooping around at an RC event of Tree Planting Day. Best of all, I won a bid on eBay for my very own Kenwood Major! It was delivered within in 2 hours.
So I was whipping away in kitchen the whole day. Made ourselves Pizza, Jello, Tacos and Cheesecake...
