Crispy Fried Stuffed Tao Pok

Crazy crispy and remain that way even it's cold. This small puff Tao Pok stuffed with fish paste, carrots and green onion. Original recipe calls for water chestnut for that added sweet crunch.. I didn't even have apple to substitute.. but it still taste great. Serve with chilli sauce and mayonaise.
